We do not accept liability for any damage of any kind arising from the use of our website. We reserve the right to update and alter this website including terms, conditions and pricing at any time without notice. All names used in the sample candles on our website are ficticious.
Any items for sale on this website listed for sale at $0.00 is a technological glitch and we reserve the right to withdraw any order that is received as such. All products for sale on this website will incur a fee. (note: a technological glitch of this type occurred on 20/2/20 and was rectified at 6.00am on 21/2/20)
Proofs will be sent for all orders. If a repsonse is not received from the purchaser within 72 hours of the proof being sent, the order will be commenced without further liaison with the client.
All information provided to Classy Candles is strictly confidential. The information will not be used in any unauthorised way, nor will it be given or sold to any other parties. Details such as your name and address will be provided to our postal provider so that your order may be delivered to you. Credit card details are processed through our system once and only with the permission of each client.
Classy Candles does not and cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost by Australia Post. We keep a tracking number on file for each Registered Post and express post item that is sent, but the responsibility lies with the carrier once the parcel has left our premises.
Classy Candles does not accept responsibility for incorrect choice or errors made by the purchaser.
