We do not accept liability for any damage of any kind arising from the use of our website. We reserve the right to update and alter this website including terms, conditions and pricing at any time without notice. All names used in the sample candles on our website are ficticious.

Privacy Policy

All information provided to Classy Candles is strictly confidential. The information will not be used in any unauthorised way, nor will it be given or sold to any other parties. Details such as your name and address will be provided to our postal provider so that your order may be delivered to you. Credit card details are processed through our system once and only with the permission of each client.

Postage

Classy Candles does not and can not accept responsibility for parcels lost by Australia Post if sent via Ordinary Post. Once the parcel is sent a receipt is available as proof that the item has been sent, but Classy Candles can in no way track the parcel and therefore find it if it is lost in transit. Please consider this when choosing whether or not to send your item via ordianry post. 

In the same way, parcels sent by Courier, Registered Post and express post are traceable but the responsibility lies with the carrier once the parcel has left our premises.
